Free Community Self Defense Class

Join us for this fun, and free
introductory street clothes self defense class. Open to members and non-members so invite your friends. No uniforms, no belts/sashes, no overly complicated
techniques, just real world self defense drills and scenarios. Takes place during the Wing Chun classes this night.
