A six-session workshop exploring creative writing and journaling as tools for self-discovery, mindfulness, and emotional resilience. Through guided meditations, reflective writing exercises, and group discussion, participants will learn accessible techniques that support wellbeing and personal insight. No writing experience required; sharing is always optional.
