Community Yoga

Come experience all the wonderful benefits of yoga alongside your community. Explore practicing mindfulness and increasing your awareness of the present moment all while gaining more flexibility and having fun!

Whether this is your very first yoga class or you are a dedicated practitioner, this class will be catered to you. Release tension and stress in the body, mind, and heart and leave the space feeling lighter and more joyfully aware of the many blessings that exist always in the here and now.

Yoga mats are provided. Come as you are. We look forward to sharing this special experience with you!

Samantha has been teaching yoga for 10 years. She is passionate to share her love of the practice with the community. She believes true strength is found in gentleness and that an open heart and balanced mind are the greatest gifts we can give to the world and ourselves. 🙏✨

As with all the Centre for Spiritual Living services, this is a drop-in, by donation offering.
