Community Sound Circle + Nidra

Join us at Perceptions for a community sound circle for any and all ages and ability levels (no experience required - we have the drums) and now some tuning forks and bowls! We will follow with de-stressing yoga nidra. It's a great way to have fun, promote body and brain health, and relax. Come to ONE or BOTH activities. All are welcome - no signups, just show up!
