Intro to Google Drive

Master Google Drive for efficient file management and collaboration in this workshop. We will start with the basics of uploading, organizing, and accessing your files from any device. Learn how to create folders, use color-coding, and search effectively to keep your Drive neat and organized.

Next, we will explore Google Drive’s powerful sharing and collaboration features. Understand how to share files and folders with others, manage permissions, and collaborate in real-time. We will also cover how to use Google Drive’s version history to track changes and restore previous versions of your documents.

In the final segment of the workshop, we will discuss how to integrate Google Drive with other Google Workspace tools to enhance productivity. Learn how to use Drive with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms for seamless project management and collaboration. Additionally, we will provide tips on maintaining security and privacy, such as setting up two-factor authentication.
