About the event

Women’s Group Weightlifting Class
We will be having Women’s Weightlifting Group Class this coming Saturday, July 19, 2025, from 8-19 A.M.
We are building a community of women who want to get stronger, uplift and support each other and have a hell of a good time doing so.
This class is a punch pass/drop-in situation, think open house style. Purchase a punch pass($150.00 cash, covers 10 classes, if you complete all 10 you receive 2 free classes, first class is free). Drop-in during the two hour time period. Allow yourself at least 45 minutes to complete your workout. Meet some fantastic like minded ladies and enjoy a fun post workout snack or refreshing beverage while you are at it.
