Compassionate Heart Meditation & Mindful Living: Sangha of Vermillion

All are welcome to sit in meditation with fellow practitioners of the Buddhism-based tradition of Thay Thich Nhat Hanh, a Zen Master and founder of Plum Village. Join our community to practice the art of collective mindfulness, peace, and joy. Our weekly meetings are free and open to the public. You are welcome to bring a cushion or mat of your own or use our shared items. All experience levels are welcome. You do not need to know anything about Buddhism or meditation to join. All you need is an open mind and to have fun!
