I am so happy to announce that Michelle from Energetic Embrace is headed back to Shine on July 12 to teach her amazing Tuning Forks Level 1, Day 1 Class.
This class will run 9 am to 5 pm and will include a light lunch.
Tuning fork therapy is based on the principles of sound healing, acupressure points & the chakras. When tuning forks are placed on specific acupressure points, they access the innate wisdom of the complete being (body, mind, and soul) to create opportunities for perfect health & balance.
In Tuning Forks Level 1, Day 1, students will be introduced to the theory of sound healing and the healing powers of tuning forks that govern our growth, development, and transitions.
You will begin your journey with 2 mid Ohm tuning forks, discovering the healing potentials of Ohm. Students will learn in-depth healing aspects of the 7 main chakras and learn a chakra balancing routine that can be used on yourself or others. You will learn to create and share a sound healing session using 2 mid Ohm tuning forks.
Please note:
** This class requires the student to purchase their own set of mid Ohm tuning forks (two forks at 136.1 hz each) and activator. The student is responsible for bringing the required tuning forks and activator to the class. You may purchase your own or through Shine.
