Full Moon Yoga

Howl at the moon as Katie Carp leads you through Moon salutations. All through class Lora Roeser will provide soothing sounds of singing bowls. Enjoy a relaxing practice under the stars.

Please plan to dress in layers in case the temperature cools down. All levels are welcome. The Sherod Park yoga classes in Vermilion are free and open to the public. Donations are welcome and appreciated.

Once you pull into Sherod Park, take the first right and drive to the parking area at the end of this road. We will walk from the parking area to the grassy area right behind the lake.
