Deep Roots Festival is a community celebration around our connection to local foods and the farmers and growers who make them in the Lake Agassiz Region.
This year we are so excited to feature two-time James Beard award-winning author and chef, Amy Thielen, as our keynote speaker!
Along with her keynote presentation, Amy will be sharing a cooking demo and will be available to sign copies of her books including Give a Girl a Knife, The New Midwestern Table, and her latest book, Company.
