15s between reps excluding loading time 20lb increments starting around 130 lbs (once first rep is completed loaders will add 20 lbs, then you will have 15s to break ground and complete the next rep. This will continue until u cant lift it. 1 attempt. To Lockout

Max gripper:
20 mm block set 3 attempts 1 min each attempt

Mix Medley:
a random mashup of events and feats that must be lifted within a time limit. 1 point for each lift
1 attempt 2 mins

Max napalm 2 3/8:
last man standing 6 inch lift

Blob medley :
1 attempt load to height


Max 10 athletes 35$ entry fee includes 2 hotdogs and 2 gatorades

2 events will be gsi tracked. There will be a mandatory video evidence rule in case people want to verify your lift

initial pulling order will be determined by signup order. after that the results of the prior event will determine pulling order.
