Ponpon Chen is a 23-year-old rising jazz star from Taipei, Taiwan — a gifted vocalist and guitarist known for her signature blend of jazz guitar, scat singing, and storytelling. Inspired by legends like George Benson, Chet Baker, and Ella Fitzgerald, she brings a sound rich in soul, cultural depth, and individuality.
Performing since the age of 12, Ponpon has graced stages across Asia and the U.S., with standout appearances on Hunan TV's Come Sing With Me 3 and Taiwan's Jungle Voice. In 2024, she launched her first jazz tour in the U.S. and went viral for her heartfelt rendition of But Not For Me.
Recently featured by ABC News and praised by Grammy-winning musicians, Ponpon is captivating international audiences with her authenticity, talent, and East-meets-West jazz fusion. Her performances are intimate, expressive, and joyfully alive — a fresh voice in the global jazz scene.
