SPARTAN DEKA MILE

The DEKA Mile is a functional fitness competition designed by Spartan DEKA, focused on testing strength, endurance, and conditioning. It combines 10 functional fitness zones—known as DEKA Zones—with one mile of total running, divided into ten 160-meter intervals (one run between each zone).

*All fitness levels
*Can be performed individually or as a team relay

DEKA Mile is part of the larger DEKA series, which also includes DEKA Strong (no running) and DEKA Fit (5K run with the same 10 zones).
