Reiki Shamanic Sound Journey:

Jasmine will take you on a healing sound journey and will guide you into another realm where you will connect with your inner child and heal parts of you longing to be seen and loved. It will be followed by a reiki soundbath.

Our inner child is the source of our vitality and creativity, and developing a relationship with our inner child helps to heal emotional problems that result from not honoring this part of ourselves in our adult lives. A sound bath is an immersion in sound waves. This ancient energy medicine is based on the principle that everything vibrates with a precise frequency, from the stars to every cell of the human body. Sound baths are a deeply meditative experience that relaxes the body, clears the subconscious, calms the mind, and activates your body’s healing on a cellular level.

You can expect a very relaxing, immersive experience using 432 hrtz crystal bowls and other magical instruments that bypasses mental noise, creating a clear moment to reconnect to yourself and replenish your soul.

After the soundbath Dr. Cho will help you to integrate your journey through art therapy. A session through non verbal communication that engages in the creative expression of your inner child journey experience.

*Come with a yoga mat, blankets, crystals, water, comfy clothing, pen, journal, and anything you are being called to bring to aid in connecting with your younger self. We will supply you with any art supplies needed for this session.

Dr. Anna has been speaking in colors and emotions and promotes integrative and experiential learning in the spaces she facilitates. She focuses on emotion-focused therapy as an overarching gateway into and through inner work. She works with individuals, couples and families helping them navigate through past traumas, symptoms of need, and developing a meaningful process through conceptualizing life’s narratives. Dr. Anna is an Ocean Therapist, Truth-teller and Curiosity Speaker that has taught Art Therapy in many arenas including Cal Lutheran University’s graduate psychology program, outpatient treatment centers, and non-profit organizations.
