Join Aris, an Ema's Herbs herbalist, as she teaches us about growing, processing, and harvesting herbs. In this class we will learn different timing and methods of harvesting, as well as ways to dry, store, and process herbs.

Aris, a Mexico City native, graduated from the Blue Otter School of Herbal Medicine as an advanced Clinical Herbalist. Her upbringing in Santa Barbara County fuels her passion for healing justice that centers marginalized and immigrant communities in Southern California. Her private practice is rooted in an anti-oppression framework & serves as a source of great joy & understanding.
