Sanctuary Circle Sound & Reiki Session

Join us on this extra special Sanctuary Circle gathering in the exciting new venue of the bear enclosure at The Wild Heart Sanctuary in Sandown.

Journey back to nature and back to self on this beautiful autumnal Sunday morning session as we relax and restore ourselves with our signature blend of Reiki and sound bath healing.

This session will bring an opportunity to journal, 2 to 1 hands-on Reiki as well as the relaxing sounds of quartz crystal Bowls played in this unique and special location.
The session will also contain aromatherapy elements carefully selected to aid relaxation and restoration.

What to expect:
A tranquil space held with care and intention.
The session will begin at 10.00am and finish at 11.30am. (Please arrive 10mins early).
Feel free to wander over to the cafe, where warm drinks and nourishing bites are available to purchase.
Cushioned mats are provided for your comfort.
Please bring a blanket to stay cosy throughout the session and anything you require for your own comfort.
