YOGA FOR ALL LEVELS!! Laurie is offering gentle yoga classes for all levels every Monday. Whether you are relaxing after work, are a beginner or are age 50 plus, this class is for you! Bring your mat and whatever you need to feel comfortable. Spaces are limited so please book online ahead of time at the link provided.
