Meditation For Beginners Five Week Course

Are you new to Meditation? Did you try but give up on a Meditation Practice? Come to this Five-Week Beginner Class! We will be explaining, exploring and experiencing various aspects of Meditation. This Course will teach you the beginning and intermediate steps to establish your own practice. The classes will touch upon 28 distinct forms or types of Meditation which will allow you to customize your own practice. We will experience many, but not all of these types.. BY attending these classes you will develop both the knowledge and skills necessary to call yourself a successful Meditator. Led by Rev. Leslee Ellenson. Love Offering suggested as 20$ per class.
