3 Days Before the Event: Review your RSVP and make sure you can still attend. If you’re a “Maybe,” this is your chance to switch to a “Yes!” If you’re a “Yes,” please take a moment to confirm your schedule. This is when I will call the venue to provide a final headcount.
The Day Before the Event: Only cancel at this point if you have extenuating circumstances. By now, the venue has staffed accordingly and made arrangements for us, so please only cancel if it’s absolutely necessary.
