SHOOP: Hula Hoop Dance Class

Register for class via ticket link. $15.

Hula hoop dance class with guest instructor Abbey O’Brien. Learn the foundations of hula hooping with optional add-on steps to make this a full body workout! Adult-focused, teens welcome. Kid-friendly, no need to find a sitter!

Hula hoops provided.

Come ready to sweat, have a good time, and forget you’re working out.

EVERYONE is welcome, no experience needed. No pressure and no judgement. Just dancing!
