PUMP: Adult Fitness Class

Register for class via ticket link

A healthy dose of Cardio + Strength + Flexibility. Geared to adults, teens welcome. You will get a full body workout to a great playlist as we move through each section of class, targeting different muscle groups, heart rates, and respiration. No experience needed.

In-Person at The Haus of BaM or Virtual Fitness Class from ANYWHERE - let us know your preferred option in your registration form!

Please bring your own water, mat, and hand-weights (optional). Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Park in the stone driveway. Enter the building by walking past the front door, down the steps, and into The Basement through the sliding glass door. Seating available, kid-friendly.
