Директно от Рим, рок групата WakeUpCall ще зарадва с музиката си жителите и гостите на Велико Търново на 3 юли, четвъртък на сцената на Арт лято до Паметника на Асеневци! Музиката им е смесица от страст към рока, с много различни нюанси, от алтернатив до пънк, от метъл до поп.
WakeUpCall записват първите си 3 песни с известния американски продуцент Beau Hill (който е продал повече от 50 милиона копия, работейки с групи като Alice Cooper, Eric Clapton, Ratt....).
Подгрявали са групи като Silverstein (Канада), Winger (САЩ), Sonic Syndicate (Швеция), RED (САЩ), Heaven’s Basement (Великобритания), Crossfaith (Япония), Richie Kotzen (САЩ), Palaye Royale (САЩ), Shandon, The Fire, Vanilla Sky, Salmo, Pino Scotto и много други.
През 2019 г. пишат първата си песен на италиански език, с която са избрани от 800 групи и изпълнители във финалните 60 за Санремо. Песента попада в топ инди класацията на италианското радио за 8 седмици (#20 най-високо място в класацията).
През 2020 г. WakeUpCall издава много специален рок кавър на най-известната италианска песен в света „Nel Blu Dipinto di Blu (Volare)“, с който кавър получават специална награда от MEI.
WakeUpCall са с 3 издадени албума: “Batteries Are Not Included”, "If Beethoven Was a Punk" и “Doveva essere un disco indie”.
Групата е в състав: Tommaso Forni (вокал & китара), Oliviero Forni (китара), Francesco Tripaldi (бас) & Tommaso Pompa (барабани).

Directly from Rome, the rock band WakeUpCall will delight the residents and guests of Veliko Tarnovo with their music on Thursday, July 3rd at the Art Summer Stage next to the Asenevtsi Monument! Their music is a mix of passion for Rock, with lots of different shades, from Alternative to Punk, from Metal to Pop.
WakeUpCall recorded their first 3 songs with the American famous producer Beau Hill (who sold more than 50 million of copies working with bands such as Alice Cooper, Eric Clapton, Ratt....).
They started soon to hit the road, playing the biggest clubs all around Italy and Europe, playing also with international acts such as Silverstein (Canada), Winger (USA), Sonic Syndicate (Swe), RED (USA), Heaven’s Basement (UK), Crossfaith (Japan), Richie Kotzen (USA), Palaye Royale (USA), Shandon, The Fire, Vanilla Sky, Salmo, Pino Scotto and many more.
In 2019 WakeUpCall wrote their first song in Italian language and they were chosen among 800 artists in the final 60 artists for Sanremo. The song got in the Italian radio top indie chart for 8 weeks (#20 highest chart rank).
In 2020 the band released a very special rock cover of the most famous Italian song in the world “Nel Blu Dipinto di Blu (Volare)”, the song received a special award from MEI.
