The next four upcoming brunches will be outside at 11:00 am Picknick de Luxe (Ekobacken) and each of them has a theme to get inspired from!
1st of June: "Vegan Midsommar Dishes"
This is the perfect opportunity to test your favorite midsommar dishes in a climate-friendly way with others! 🤗
6th of July: "Berry & Beet – The colour-coded brunch"
Bring a dish that fits the colours of berrys and beetroot, so we can create a bright red buffettable together! 🍓
3rd of August: "Summer Planet-Picnic"
What's your favorite summer picnic treat that is both climate-friendly and plant-based? Share it with us! 🥰
7th of September: "National Dish Exchange"
Bring a national dish from a country you have a special connection to. Have you ever tried to "veganize" it? Now is the time to try 🥳
Come eat with us, enjoy some good company, all while having a relaxed potluck-style brunch. At the Tasty Future Brunches we are coming together to share plant-based food and a welcoming atmosphere for valuable conversations.
It’s a great chance to explore delicious dishes that are not only tasty but also good for our health and the environment. 💚
🥞 How to join?
Just swing by and bring a plant-based dish to share. Don’t forget a plate, mugg and cutlery, and something to sit on! No need to sign up ahead of time.
🥞 Why plant-based food?
We’re focusing on plant-based food because it tends to have a smaller environmental footprint, which means it’s less harmful to our planet. Eating more plant-based meals can also lead to better health outcomes, like lower risks of chronic diseases. Plus, it encourages us to get creative in the kitchen and try new flavors! 🌱

🥞 Hur går man med?
Kom förbi och ta med en växtbaserad maträtt att dela med dig av. Glöm inte tallrik, mugg och bestick, och något att sitta på! Du behöver inte anmäla dig i förväg.
🥞 Varför växtbaserad mat?
Vi fokuserar på växtbaserad mat eftersom den tenderar att ha ett mindre miljömässigt fotavtryck, vilket innebär att den är mindre skadlig för vår planet. Att äta mer växtbaserade måltider kan också leda till bättre hälsoresultat, som lägre risk för kroniska sjukdomar. Dessutom uppmuntrar det oss att bli kreativa i köket och prova nya smaker! 🌱
