September meditation sessions! 🤲🏼🌻 clay play for the people! Mondays 17-19:30 at Ekobacken~
An informal donation-based, evening session for those looking for a calm moment in their week. Set in the garden greenhouse at Ekobacken, we will be working with clay as a medium for meditation.
Without press or prestige, this class is for those with a little bit of experience with clay who can explore on their own. Each participant receives a clump of clay that’s ready to be transformed through basic handbuilding methods.
We begin with a small introductory meditation by Leah and then the rest of the time is yours to get lost in the material 🤲🏼
Many can agree that working with clay provides a therapeutic activity where one can find a sense of presence. This class is for those who may not be able to commit more time to their ceramics practice but still long for the peace of mind that working with clay can provide.
What is included:
~ 500g. of clay, pre-wedged
~ Firing of your work if desired
~ Creative, calm space with all necessary tools
~ Facilitation led by Leah

A suggested donation is around 300-450 kr, but it is a sliding scale, pay-what-you-can system that honours what people can afford. For example, an extra 50 kr can cover someone who cannot pay the full suggested amount. Pay on the spot with swish or bank transfer! Students welcome 🙏🏼
