What to expect:
We begin with a short 5-minute meditation to ground ourselves and set our intentions for the next month - while taking inspiration from the spirtual messages of 'transformation, rebirth, and beauty' from the Monarch Butterfly
Next, we paint with guided painting instruction by Tiz, who makes it easy- even if it's your first time painting
Enjoy Wine (or tea), cheese, chips, laughter, and creativity
