JR Explorers: Bits + Bytes <Superheroes Week> (July 28-Aug 1 PM)

Welcome to JR Explorers where young kids aged 5-7 can dive into the fascinating world of electronics and physical computing! This unique summer camp is designed to unleash creativity and curiosity as our little Ninjas experiment with micro:bit microcontrollers and Makey Makey circuit boards. Campers will embark on exciting projects, designing and building their own interfaces, controllers, sensors, and sounds. Through hands-on learning, they'll discover the magic of blending hardware and software, turning their inventive ideas into reality. For ages 5-7.
• Camp runs from 12:30-3:30PM.
• Kids can bring a nut-free snack and a drink with a lid.
• Combine this camp with the other half-day camp scheduled in the AM/PM this week to create a FULL DAY Camp experience! Time in between the camps will be bonus supervised time for full-day campers to eat their own nut-free lunch.
• Extended care is available at $10 + hst per day. We usually start receiving drop offs at 8AM and late pick-up ends at 5PM. Let us know if further accommodations are required.
