Programs will take place at the library and will start at 10am.
930 Bog Road, Vassalboro.

Please arrive early and remind children to raise hands for any questions or comments during the program.

Best for 5 – 14 years old. Registration is required.

April 28- Birds

Birds: We look up close at bird mounts, bones, feathers, and claws. We will listen to some bird song, talk about adaptations of birds to different habitats. We will also discuss how human health and well being is closely tied to bird diversity and health.

May 12 – Trees

Trees: We learn how trees grow from root to crown, different leaf shapes and how to ID a few common Maine trees. We will also learn about how different human cultures relate to trees.
