Navigating life as a young Muslim professional isn’t easy. Between work stress, identity, family expectations, and societal pressures, our mental well-being can quietly take a hit. This event is here to create space for that conversation; open, honest, and judgment-free.
Led by Dr. Hibo and Dr. Ibrahim, a doctor couple passionate about mental health and equity in healthcare, we’ll explore what it means to take care of your mind in a world that doesn’t always understand where you’re coming from. We’ll talk about common mental health struggles, how to recognize them, and what seeking help can actually look like.
🎟️ Spots are limited. Hub Finland is a compact space, and our last event there sold out in just a few days. Make sure to register early to secure your seat.
This session is especially relevant for young adults, professionals, and students, but everyone is welcome.
Let’s break the silence and show up for ourselves and each other.
