NTLSS - Annual General Meeting, AGM
Please decide and mark your calendars to attend our general meeting currently scheduled for Saturday January 31st, 2026, 10 am - 12 pm.
This will be a hybrid meeting, meaning you can attend virtually on-line or in-person.
Please advise us of your choice to attend by responding to

Please note, your email response is necessary to ensure you receive a virtual (ZOOM) invite and/or an in-person meeting location address.
Thank you to all NTLSS registered members and members of the general public that have already responded with their intentions to attend. We have recorded your response and will forward meeting information to your attention a week prior to AGM date of Saturday January 31, 2026.
We encourage all persons living within the Nechako and Nulki Hills Watershed to consider becoming a member, director or volunteer with the Nulki-Tachick Lakes Stewardship Society.
Director nominations will be accepted from the floor. Nominees will be required to provide a short bio which includes:
Your full name
Your background and experience, work and volunteer
Are you able and willing to commit to a 3-year term and attend meetings virtual or in-person up to 6 times per yaer?
Are you able and willing to serve on a committee or become a committee lead?
The finalized meeting AGENDA will be provided to all confirmed attendees one week prior to AGM date of January 31st, 2026.
