As the wheel of the year turns, this class lands on the first day of our passage into the sign of Scorpio — a time that calls us into deeper waters. Scorpio reminds us of the beauty in the dark, in what’s hidden, felt, and fiercely alive. In Under Current, we dive beneath the surface to meet the pulse of our essence — raw, emotional, sensual, and many times, unseen.
Through the dance, we awaken the fire in our blood, the stirrings that have longed for expression, and the currents of feeling so many of us carry quietly through our days.
Come and dive into these undercurrents, and give space to the unstoppable force that moves us from the inside out.
No experience is required to dive into the dance.
Gloria Glo is a 5Rhythms teacher and dancer whose practice pulses with life, fire, and the poetry of movement. Guided by a deep love of rhythm in all its forms, she curates experiences that move bodies and hearts alike, blending the sacred with the visceral. Her classes are living rituals—meticulously designed to open the heart, ignite passion, and invite participants into their own embodied stories. With 13 years of dancing 5Rhythms, the practice has deeply shaped her life and awakened the artist within, fueling her devotion to music across genres and her ability to compose experiences that are both tender and electrifying.
