In this class Kamile Kapel blends toning, group singing, and improvisation with simple theatre games to spark creativity and connection. We’ll move, breathe, and sing our way into presence—finding joy in spontaneous music-making and authentic expression. We'll also sing some familiar songs. No experience needed, just a willingness to listen, play, and let your voice be heard.
