7pm: Essentials: Body Rhythm Switching
Yes, we need more footwork rhythms! But there’s no reason the body can’t play while the feet are still. Let’s practice ideas for your *body* to vary rhythms with or without your partner.

8-11pm: Regular social dance party!
Stephen has over 20 years experience in West Coast Swing and extensive background in competitive Ballroom & Latin and gymnastics. Stephen is known for his deep technical knowledge and off-the-wall sense of humour. :)
