Sofia Kourtesis is a Peruvian-born, Berlin-based producer, DJ, and activist known for her electronic music that blends house, techno, and Latin American rhythms. Her work, including the acclaimed debut album Madres, often features personal and political themes, combining influences from her heritage and her experiences living abroad. She is also recognized for her high-energy DJ sets and her activism, particularly in her dedication to the LGBTQ+ community, as seen in her "Volver" EP.
