Singing Sound Bath

Get ready to relax and recharge with our Singing Sound Bath! This in-person experience is in two parts. The first is an embodied vocal experience facilitated by the amazing Julie Blue. The second is a guided journey through the chakras facilitated by Odette Slater with gifted percussionist/musician, Dhar on Crystal bowls, gong and a tapestry of other harmonic sounds to melt away your stress. Come as you are, wear comfy clothes, and let the waves of sound wash over your body, mind and heart. It's all about good vibes, deep relaxation, community and tuning into your inner calm.
