She Sparks Professional Connections: Women's Networking Social

This event blends movement and mindful networking to help women connect with themselves and with each other.

Hosted at FriendsQuarters, this 2-hour evening is designed for women who want to recharge, reflect, and expand their professional networks in a supportive and intentional space.

What to Expect:

• Gentle Arrival & Welcome (10 min): Settle in and ground your presence.
• Yoga Flow with Partner Poses (30 min): Start with simple movements to reconnect with yourself, then move into playful partner yoga designed to spark trust and ease. (No yoga experience required.)
• Guided Reflection & Connection (30 min): Share stories and insights through prompts that encourage authentic dialogue and deeper connections.
• Open Networking & Tea (30–40 min): Close the evening with relaxed networking and nourishing conversation over tea.
