In this heart-centered workshop, we will gently open to the truth within, creating space for deep healing and clearing the inner blocks that keep us from self-love, clarity, and inner peace. Through guided practices, you’ll be held in a safe, supportive space to reconnect with your inner world and rebuild the sacred relationship with yourself.

🧘‍♀️ What to Bring:
A journal and pen for reflection, and any comfort items like a cozy blanket, pillow, or cushion—especially for the grounding session. Come as you are and create a space that feels safe and nourishing for your soul.
