this class is designed to soften the edges of your day, inviting you into your most melty, spacious self. through long, juicy stretches, unhurried breath, and a grounding presence, we’ll open the body, quiet the mind, and let tension dissolve away.
rooted in pilates principles while incorporating embodiment and somatic practices— melt is all about warm, feel-good movement that coaxes your whole system into exhale. think slow unwinding, liquid ease, and a lingering sense of being rooted, restored, and deliciously at peace.
after class, stay awhile — sip tea, share snacks, and soak in the afterglow of connection and calm.
time: tuesdays 8:00 – 9:00 pm
location: friendsquarters 116 W Hastings St (unit 200), Vancouver, BC
investment: $20 for non FQ members & $10 for FQ members
bring: a mat, water bottle, and anything else you need to feel cozy + comfortable
