This is a 2.5-hour group experience that includes community connection, gentle movement, sound healing, and a 60-minute Nūma Breathwork journey.
Nūma Breathwork is a powerful yet gentle practice designed to help you reconnect with yourself — your body, your emotions, and your inner wisdom — in a safe, grounded, and supportive space.
This is an invitation to slow down, drop in, and meet yourself (and others) with curiosity, honesty, and presence. Expect an experience that is embodied, expressive, and deeply human.
Nūma weaves together conscious breathwork, trauma-informed somatic exploration, intuitive movement, sound healing, and ritual.
It’s where modern therapeutic understanding meets ancient wisdom — where science and the sacred come into conversation.
People often experience Nūma as a catalyst: for releasing stress and emotional holding, reconnecting with creativity and vitality, and remembering something essential about who they are beneath the noise of daily life.
_____
What is Nūma Breathwork?
Nūma Breathwork is a holistic, trauma-informed breathwork practice that blends conscious breathing with somatic awareness, sound, and collaborative facilitation support.
Through continuous, connected breathing, the body is gently invited into a deeper state of awareness. This can allow stored tension, emotion, and energy to surface naturally — not to be forced or analyzed, but to be felt, expressed, and integrated.
Rather than “doing” the breath, you begin to let the breath move you, often in suprising ways.
From this place, many people experience emotional release, clarity, insight, enhanced vitality, and a renewed sense of connection to themselves and life.
_____
What does Somatics mean?
Simply put, somatics means working with the body as an intelligent partner in healing — not just the mind.
Somatic practices help us listen to sensation, movement, and nervous system responses as valuable sources of information. Rather than talking about our experiences, we learn to feel and process them directly in the body.
In this space, healing happens through awareness, movement, breath, and presence — often without needing to force or analyze anything.
_____
How does Nūma Breathwork differ from other types of Conscious Breathwork?
Nūma Breathwork weaves together elements of conscious breathwork, somatic therapy, and sound healing into one integrated experience. Each session is responsive to the people in the room, allowing the work to meet you where you are.
This approach supports deep transformation while remaining grounded, safe, and accessible — creating space for emotional release, insight, creativity, and inner calm.
Everyone’s experience is unique, but common benefits include:
