Come join us for a magical evening of deep resonance at Green Room Yoga. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, flute, voice and other sweet surprises as you relax and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. We will begin with gentle embodiment as well as community connection exercises. This event is a wonderful opportunity to set intentions, release what no longer serves you, and connect to your dreams in meaningful ways. As you let the vibrations of the sound bath cleanse and energize you, you will have the opportunity to feel expansive beyond what you can currently imagine.
