Musical Mastery — Creative Musicality for Movement Teachers & Trainees

45 minute Pilates-inspired movement class followed by lecture, theory & practical application of musicality within the structure of a group fitness class (Pilates, Barre, Fusion etc.)

This training will give you invaluable skills in mastering music as a primary teaching tool in your class, whichever style you specialize in. Learn how to creatively amplify your offerings through music - allowing rhythm & tempo to become your co-teacher.
