Meditation, Music, & Meows

Join us for a guided meditation with live piano, gentle movements... and cats.

Take a moment out of your busy day to relax and recharge with Enabling Arts at Catoro Cafe (666 East Broadway). You will be led through a meditation, gentle movement, with time to journal and reflect, all while listening to relaxing live piano in the company of cats.

• Please bring a yoga mat, your journal, and wear comfy clothes. You're welcome to bring pillows or a blanket if you wish. Bring anything you'd like to get cozy.

• Please arrive by 7 PM, late attendees will not be permitted into the space.
