Sound Journey

We've designed a three-segment journey over 3 hours to break you from reality and take you on a journey to find yourself in nothingness:

1. Disconnecting from the time and place to find ourselves

2. Experiencing a space so we can just exist with others around us

3. Bringing the new part of us found in that space back to the world

What to bring?
Please dress for comfort, bring your journal, yoga mat, blanket and optional pillow.

Arrival + Experience
Doors open at 6:45 PM and will close at 7:20 PM
The experience continues until 10:00 PM

To protect the flow of the event, we will not be able to welcome late arrivals.

Phone-free space
We'll keep the phones locked and secured at the door to keep us in this sacred space away from the world without distruptions.


Why Feb 28th?
The full moon eclipse takes place on March 3rd but the energy is potent a few days before and after the peak. Eclipses are often described as moments of illumination and reset. This evening on February 28th is meant to be a container before that shift. A space to step out of the usual pace of life and just exist without needing to be anything to anyone else.

The Space

The Gastown Gallery's open floor plan and high ceilings will be softly lit, with visuals and sound filling the space in a way that allows you to move and rest.
