� Approximately 3:00–8:30 PM (chefs can arrive as early needed)
This isn’t your average tasting event. We’re inviting chefs to get bold and creative with small-plate dishes that highlight regionally invasive species like bullfrog, blackberry, English ivy, knotweed, and crayfish.
It’s a chance to cook for a cause, wow adventurous guests, and raise awareness about sustainability in the most delicious way possible.
