Step into the sacred heat of summer and awaken your inner fire. This session is a ceremony of activation. Supporting you in reconnecting with your passion, purpose, and personal will. Through breathwork, fire-focused visualization, and a vibrant sound journey, you’ll be guided to move stagnant energy and stoke the flames of confidence and vitality.

We’ll work with the solar plexus chakra to restore your sense of agency and empower your nervous system to mobilize without overwhelm. Perfect for those needing a motivational reset or ready to make bold changes.

What to Bring: Yoga mat and eye-cover
