Welcome to MINDFUL MONDAY!

As the day and night come into perfect balance, we gather in a sacred space to honor change, release, and new beginnings. Through gentle yin yoga and restorative postures, we’ll settle into the stillness of the chrysalis. Somatic movements will invite us to unfurl, stretch, and emerge — embodying the butterfly’s graceful transformation. Our practice will close with a magical encounter, share a connection to butterfly medicine- where we’ll feed and release live butterflies, sending our intentions into the winds of autumn.
