Dancing Through Grief is a gentle, trauma-informed healing ceremony blending embodied writing, movement, and community witnessing. This event is designed to help grief move through the body in a safe, grounded, and supportive environment.
As the holidays approach, grief can rise in waves—sometimes soft, sometimes overwhelming. This ceremony creates a space where you don’t have to hold those waves alone. Through guided journaling, a non-judgmental sharing circle, and a Dancing Through Grief movement ritual led by Judith Colibrí, participants are invited to soften, release, and reconnect with their bodies.
This is not a performance, therapy session, or traditional “support group.”
It is a collective healing ceremony rooted in presence, embodiment, and ancestral knowing.
No dance or writing experience is needed.
All emotions are welcome.
You are welcome exactly as you are.
