Climate Talks: Connecting Food, Health and Biodiversity in a Changing Climate

🌍 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗸𝘀 𝗩𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘃𝗲𝗿 – 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀!

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐟 the choices we make every day – from the crops we grow to the food we eat – could shape both our health and the planet’s future? 🌍
Declining pollinator populations, nutrient loss in staple crops, and increasing pesticide exposure reveal how deeply biodiversity, food, and health are intertwined.

At this year’s Climate Talks, leading scientists, journalists, and artists will explore these connections – and we want to hear your ideas too.
📸 Alongside inspiring presentations and striking photography, the focus is on dialogue: join the World Café to engage directly with speakers and fellow participants and explore how new insights can turn into concrete action in our daily lives.

Beyond dialogue, this event brings together researchers across these fields to pave the way for a joint transatlantic research proposal via Horizon Europe, fostering collaboration between Canada and Europe on climate, biodiversity, and health.
