Every man carries stories he’s never told — moments of pain, rejection, or shame that shaped
who he became. Some wounds were passed down through fathers and generations; others we
created ourselves in silence.
In this week’s circle, we’ll explore the places we hide — the shadow aspects of our masculinity
— not to judge them, but to understand them.
Through reflection, grounding, and open conversation, we’ll learn to see our wounds as
invitations toward wholeness.
