🌸 Join us for a Bach Flower Therapy workshop🌸

At this worlshop we will learn about the healing power of flower essences. Flower essences are incredible plant medicines that support emotional balance, helping us reconnect to the well-being we are here to experience.

We will be attuning to Star of Bethlehem, a flower essence traditionally used for shock and trauma. It supports rebalancing and restructuring the energetic field so we can rediscover inner peace and freedom 🕊️

Through observation, guided meditation and creative expression, we will connect to the healing intelligence of the earth.

Who is this for?

Everyone. We’ve all experienced moments that have impacted us. Star of Bethlehem supports bringing coherence and gentleness back into your field
