Food carries memory, geography, and tradition. Through the simple joy of tasting and making palitaw—Filipino rice cakes—Cyril De Ramos of will take you on a journey across the islands of the Philippines, discovering how each region has its own unique flavours, methods, and stories to share.
This two-hour, hands-on experience weaves together tasting, storytelling, and creating. Together we’ll explore how food connects us to heritage and helps us reflect on the diversity within our own communities.
